The staff here is really friendly and helpful. the room is super spacious and cozy, with fresh towels always available. 😊 the bedroom is particularly inviting too!

The hotel was in an excellent and stunning location close enough to GREAT restaurants and shopping areas, shopping areas, and the high end casinos. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating and multi-channel TV.

We loved the local artwork in our room, especially the pictures of the Natchez bridge and hot air balloons. The couch was incredibly comfortable, and the walk-in shower was a nice touch. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comparable to high-end casinos. The kitchen and high-quality television were great additions. The river view was absolutely amazing. The hotel's location was fantastic, with well-kept grounds. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was good, but the scrambled eggs were slightly overcooked.

I gotta say, the value for the money was spot on. The room was super clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and a high-quality TV. The location was awesome, right by the riverfront, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

The only thing I wish could've been better was the menu for breakfast. The scrambled eggs were a little overcooked, but everything else was pretty great.

Stunning location to Natchez City Auditorium. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

Really enjoyed the way our big size room with the kitchenette was arranged. Central heating, multi-channel TV, and a couch bed were provided. The hotel's location was comfortable, really close to the common areas as well as great restaurants.

The staff at Towneplace Suites went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I had an issue with my room initially, but the front desk attendant quickly moved me to a more quiet and spacious corner room on the first floor. She was incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. The level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional.

Although there were a couple of small drawbacks, such as the lack of signage to find the hotel and the shower design that caused water to splash out, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience I had. I would highly recommend Towneplace Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
